Customer satisfaction is important to us at Altelite. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Non-returnable items include customized products, used items, and products damaged due to misuse.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Supporting documentation such as photos may be required.

Once a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
